White peach, ripe lemon, almond, a wisp of smokiness, ginger biscuits. It’s light, a little glossy and glycerol, but pulses with firm sweet lemony acidity, some toasty umami flavour, a light chalky texture, and very long, and kind of intense, finish. Don’t serve it cold. Cool will do nicely.
